Our philosophy at North Main Yoga is to keep the schedule simple so you may practice at the times and with the teachers you most enjoy. Please refer to our class descriptions page to further assist you in finding a class you will resonate with. Please be on time to classes. We lock the door 5-10 minutes after class begins. If you do arrive late, please enter the class quietly and take a few breaths before joining the class.
