"Grace isn’t something you earn; it’s something you allow."
I’m a yoga teacher, lifelong student, mother, wife, and lover of all beings—human and animal alike. I’m also the host of RedefineHERpodcast.com, a space devoted to sharing women founder stories that unravel, rebuild, and reclaim their wholeness.
I grew up dancing—chasing form, precision, and perfection—but yoga taught me that true movement begins in stillness, and true strength is born of surrender. Relationship is at the heart of everything I do, especially the most sacred one: the relationship we cultivate within ourselves.
Through breath, movement, and presence, I guide others—and myself—back home to the calm beneath the chaos. And through storytelling, I hold space for others to share the moments that shaped them, softened them, and ultimately redefined them.
Yoga Sutra (1.2):
"Yogas chitta vritti nirodhah"
Yoga is the quieting of the mind’s fluctuations.
This sutra reminds me that peace is not something we find—it's something we return to, again and again. A remembering that who we are is already enough.
